new molds

I prefer to do hand dipped confections, but molded confections are classic beauties.
I picked up a barrel mold and also a chocolate bar mold to play with.

The Russian River brewery in Santa Rosa does several Ales that are aged in oak barrels. I used my personal favorite, Temptation, to create the ganache filling.


Also love the silicone molds, which I used to create this Cashew Gianduja confection!

These are Peanutbutter Gianduja bars, perfect for bites on the go!
