The summer weather has arrived, the spirits are high, and chocolate is on the mind!
I traveled to the Healdsburg Music in the Park to join a friend for a picnic. She supplied delicious tea sandwiches and wine, I contributed a chocolate box.

Found a new salt I had never seen before :Bamboo jade sea salt. It's green! and paired perfect with the earl grey caramel.
.....before I dip, I hand cut this precious slab of goodness!
